Just like your favorite hat, we love Simcoe and Citra hops, and how they make us feel. 

Using our hand selected Citra and YCH trial 701 Simcoe hops, we’re loving the massive mandarin orange, nectarine and candied lime zest we’re experiencing.  This hop combo is making us fall in love with IPA’s all over again.
