When we were packaging this beer, everyone working stopped and said, “this smells like a strawberry shake”  and we agree.  We loaded this beer up with Superdelic hops, YCH Trial 701 flowable hops and some Mosaic  (for good measure).  Loads of strawberry jam, passion fruit, and orange blossoms in this IPA.  Enjoy!
