This next addition in the single decoction series of lagers is our first pass at a Vienna Style lager.  Rich gold, almost amber in color, we’re getting notes of rich marble whole grain loaf, buckwheat honey, and just a hint of noble hops.  Bring this to share with your pals this spring.
